Data deletion

2doc  ·  Handrolled Apps

There is no account

2doc has no user accounts and no server-side copy of your documents, messages, backups or settings. Nothing you create in the app is stored by us, so there is no account to delete and no request needed for that data.

Data on your phone

Documents, PDF files, backup files, preferences and the local Telegram session all live in the app's private storage. Uninstalling 2doc removes all of it. Inside the app you can also delete individual documents, and a backup is replaced whenever you create a new one of the same type.

Copies you shared out of the app, for example a PDF you sent by email or a backup you saved to your cloud, live wherever you sent them and are under your control.

If you connected Telegram, Settings → Log out of Telegram signs you out and removes the local session. Telegram itself also lists the session under its own Settings → Devices, where you can end it from any device.

Data that leaves your phone

The privacy policy, section 4, lists everything. In short:

Requesting deletion

To delete the analytics or crash data associated with your installation, write to privacy@handrolled-apps.com. Tell us roughly when you used the app and on which device model. We have no name, email or account on our side to search by, so we delete what we can match to what you give us, and confirm by reply within one month.
